My wife and I met Bryan at a condo open house about a year ago. We had decided on a location after visiting a series of other condos. We needed to act on purchasing this particular home. However, we were impressed by Bryan and his dedication to finding us the right condo for this specific development. The location and design of the condo complex were what we wanted. Bryan followed any condo in the complex that came available. We still had to sell our existing home with its 18 steps. Carrying groceries and mail every day became a burden with our ages. Bryan handled the sale of our house with the provision that we could rent our home until we found our new location. After the sale, Bryan found us a home. He handled all the paperwork, negotiations, and closing of our new home. We were impressed by Bryan’s tenacity, ability to communicate, and ability to find the right home buyer and find us our new home. We had an experience with a condo owner trying to sell without a broker. The experience of dealing with the purchase, hiring an attorney, and problems with the seller’s family was very discouraging. A neighboring home in the same complex became available, and with Bryan as our agent, everything fell into place, and we became a homeowner thanks to Bryan.

This was our first time buying a home, and to make things more complicated, we wanted to move from out-of-state.
